Hospice Aide Homecare: 1.0 FTE, Premium Pay [Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday] non-exempt, benefited position. Individual to provide compassionate, basic personal care for patients under the supervision of an RN.  Provides comfort/sensitivity to patient’s and caregiver’s emotional concerns/needs. Must be currently listed as NAI with NC Division of Facility Service.  Experience in hospice, home health or oncology preferred. 

Referral Center Administrative Assistant: (1.0 FTE, non-exempt, benefited position) Provides clerical and administrative support for Director of Referral Center and Referral Department team members. Assists with referral process, coordinating and providing clerical support for admissions and patient care services. Assists with orientation for new clinical staff.   

RN - Beacon Place - Evening: (.8 FTE, 4:00 pm -12:30 am. Tuesday through Friday non-exempt, benefited position) Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish patient/caregiver care goals, and identify and implement interventions.  Must be currently licensed as an RN in NC with experience in an acute, home health and/or nursing home setting. Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred. 

RN’s - LTC: (2.0 FTE, exempt, benefited position) RN to assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish patient/caregiver care goals and identify and implement interventions. Must be currently licensed as an RN in NC with experience in an acute, home health and/or nursing home setting. Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred. 

RN - Weekday Evening On-Call: (1.0 FTE, exempt, benefited position) RN to assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish patient/caregiver care goals, and identify and implement interventions. Must be currently licensed as an RN in NC with experience in an acute, home health and/or nursing home setting. Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred.  

RN - Weekend On-Call: (1.0 FTE, exempt, benefited position) RN to assess andidentify patient/caregiver problems, establish patient/caregiver care goals, and identify andimplement interventions. Must be currently licensed as an RN in NC with experience in an acute,home health and/or nursing home setting. Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred.
